Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support and customer service in a professional office setting.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meeting
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Previous experience in a medical office setting is a plus
Strong Organizational Skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
